The organisation management area allows users to update the NHS Organisation data and the service provider data.  This area is used by the Social Rx team during the interoperability setup to add the correct email address in for GP Practices to allow the data/emails to flow between Social Rx and the GP System.

 


EMIS GP Practices:


For EMIS practices, the email address can be updated in this section.  If you select the organisation name in the table, it will populate the Add or Update Edited Organisation area in the top right of the page.

 

You can then edit the details for that organisation. For EMIS, add in the email address that you would like documents to be checked. These documents are sent from Social Rx by the users to attach them to the patients record.  They are copied in to this email address as well as sent electronically to attach to the patient record. 

 



SystmOne GP Practices:


For SystmOne practices, the email address can be updated in this section.  If you select the organisation name in the table, it will populate the Add or Update Edited Organisation area in the top right of the page.

 

You can then edit the details for that organisation. For SystmOne, add in the email address that you use to receive referrals/info/documents from external parties.  With SystmOne, this email inbox can then be used to push the data in to the GP record on SystmOne.
