This screen allows you to see which link workers have received access to other link workers’ cases, and for what reason. This can be helpful when link workers are on annual leave and cases have been transferred to a colleague for a period of time.

The section can be found in the blue navigation bar under the tab 'Local Admin', as shown below. 



The top banner (yellow circled labelled '1') allows you to filter a time period by clicking on ‘Start Date’ and ‘End Date’ and selecting dates. You can also search more specifically based on ‘Client ID’. The client ID can be found in the caseload dashboards or in the client banner when you select a client. Finally, you can drag the column headers to the space where it reads ‘Drag a column header here to group by that column’. A list will appear below giving details, allowing for an audit.


When a link worker accesses a case that is not assigned to them, they are required to provide a reason for doing so. This reason can be found in the column titled 'Audit Reason' (yellow circle labelled '2').
