You may wish to archive a patient from the system if you've added a dummy patient, for example. This permanently removes them from Social Rx, and means that they do not affect the population-level data in the dashboards and reports.  

To do this, go to the 'Archive Client' button which can be found in the blue navigation bar under the tab 'Local Admin' as shown below. 



You will be taken to the screen shown below, which simply asks you to fill out the Case ID, confirm it, and click 'Archive'. 




The Case ID can be found on the individual patient referral management screen in the top banner as shown below (yellow circle).
