Bugs


Fix - Book services quick search.  The quick search was unable to retrieve more than 400 services resulting in users not being able to search all of the services.  Fix allows unlimited services to be searched.

Fix - Book services advanced search.   The advanced search would error when a user selected a service, searched and then cleared the search and selected a different service.  This issue has now been fixed.

Fix - Dashboard date default did not include the current month. The dashboard default date selection now includes the current month.

Fix - Link worker caseload dashboard.  The caseload dashboard for link workers displayed the status but was missing the additional status details (e.g. Active (Follow Up).   Additional status details are now included.

Fix - Scheduled tasks. Error occurred when updating a task once it had been completed. The error has now been fixed.





Changes  


Referral Form – New fields have been added to the referral form. These fields are in all referral forms (internal, GP referral forms) and editable within the Referral Detail page.  These fields can be configured by your local admin to be shown or not shown:

Referral Pathway – This field can be managed by your local admin.

Patient Precis – The area at the top of the patient pages has been changed.  The area now contains the following buttons:

Status – You can click on the status and view historic statuses and/or add a new status.

Risk factors – The icon has been moved into a button for easier use.

Communication Notes - The icon has been moved into a button for easier use.

GP Link – A new button is added that shows when the case is linked to a GP System. On pressing this button, you are able to see the GP system that the case is linked to. There is also a setting to Share All Data With GP System.  If this is yes, the case data will be shared with the linked GP System.  If no, only SNOMED codes will be sent back to the GP System.

Safeguarding – A new button is available to allow you to record safeguarding incidents.  You can view historic incidents and/or record a new incident.

Linked Accounts – A new button is available when the case is linked to another case.  On clicking the button you can view the list of linked cases and click to go into the linked case.


Tags – You can now add and remove tags for a case.   If you click on the Add tag button, you can select a tag or narrow the list down by selecting a tag category. You can select a tag and also add a note to the tag if necessary. You can click on any existing tag and that will allow you to remove it.


Help – There is now a menu item for accessing help.   The ? symbol is visible in the menu sidebar. If you click on the link, it will open a new tab with the Social Rx Knowledge Base.  This help site contains explanations, release notes and explanation videos.


Status – A new status of Contacted has been added.


Password policy – The password policy has been changed to be more secure. You are now required to have a symbol in your password.


Assessments – 4 new assessments have been added to the list of available assessments

  1. GAD7
  2. PHQ9
  3. EQ5D
  4. I-ROC


Assessments – Enhancements have been made to add a total to the result page, display labels to allow larger spider chart and an area at the bottom to allow for additional questions and answers.


Services – Category search added into advanced search area.


Linked Accounts – On booking in a new referral in to Social Rx, if the NHS Number is an exact match, or if the surname and date of birth is an exact match, you will be able to link the case to previous cases.





Local Admin Changes


General Configuration - New configuration settings are available for the referral form. This is on the General Configuration tab in a new section at the bottom called Referral Form.  There you will see three new configuration options to show or not show items in the referral form.  The new items are:

  1. Show Power of Attorney
  2. Show Social Prescribing Goals
  3. Show Referral Pathway


Manage Static Lists – The Referral Pathway has been added into this section so that you can add, amend or delete referral pathway items.


Manage Tags – There is a new manage tags tab in the customer configuration area of the application.  You can choose to add a new Tag Category or just to Add a Tag to an existing category.    

Tag Category – You can create new tag categories.  You can choose a name, default colour for the tags and if the category is mutually exclusive.  If mutually exclusive is set to yes, users can only select one item from the category. If no, the user can select any number of the tags.

Tag – You can add a tag.  You can give the tag a description, choose the category it will be in and add a tag colour.  There are a number of default tag colours to choose from or you can create your own custom colour.
