Bugs


Fix – Error searching on Link Worker dashboard.   When clicking the Complete filter, users were having issues viewing cases. This is now fixed.

Fix -Scheduled Tasks – Unable to delete.  This issue has now been fixed.

Fix – Error saving Action Plan Is applicable.  Hidden errors were generated and now this issue is resolved.

Fix – Updating an Organisation as a Local Admin no longer requires the CCG field to be mandatory.

Fix – When archiving/removing a link worker, previously all members were emailed.  This now just emails the link worker who was removed. 




Changes


1. User Access restrictions on referral pathway.   You can now allocate a user permission based on referral pathways to lock down access.

2. Multiple action plans can be created and selected.   Local admins can set up and manage multiple action plans.  The patient pathway has changed to allow action plans to be selected.  The action plans have been added to the Follow and Discharge area.

3. Password Policy changes.  Three new configurable options have been added.  You can now enforce the following password policies:

        a. Two factor authentication. This emails a code that expires to the user logging in.

        b. Password expiry after 90 days.

        c. Passwords cannot be reused.

4. The directory of service has also been enhanced.   The following changes have been made.

        a. Rename Site to Organisation.  It is now a Service Organisation.

        b. Sub sites can be added to service organisations to allow different addresses, contact details, facilities, and opening             times.

        c. Services are now allocated to the appropriate site or sub site to ensure the services are mapped correctly.

        d. A new table of search results is shown for the service search (in addition to the map search).

5. Additional SNOMED codes have been added for personalised care plans 

        a. Code 1187911000000105 - Personalised Care and Support Plan agreed (finding);

        b. Code 1187921000000104- Review of Personalised Care and Support Plan (procedure)

6. Increased visibility of safeguarding and risks.   Users will now see an alert when there are risks and safeguarding incidents on a case.  Once they have viewed the risk/safeguarding incident, the alert will disappear.

7. A new safeguarding report is available in the Case Reports.

8. Follow up appointments now have the option to create a scheduled appointment and send a calendar reminder to the user.

9. Cases can be linked by the user. Users can link cases and mark them as: Same Person; Family; Partner; Other

10. Child/Young Person details can now be entered and viewed.   This is a configuration option for each customer.

11. Referral Information on the referral form is now mandatory to ensure external referrals contain this information.

12. Additional status reasons have been added for Discharged: Lost contact; Did not attend.

13. Scheduled tasks/appointments can now be marked as did not attend.

14. Equal opportunities data is now override-able by customer. Please ask Social Rx team to change if required.





Local Admin Changes


1. New configuration settings are available for the referral form. You can choose to add child/young person fields.

2. Action plan now allows multiple plans to be created and managed.

3. Password policy can be set in the customer configuration (two factor; 90 day expiry and; no reuse of password)
