To login to Social Rx, you will need your username which is always your email address. If you cannot remember your password, select 'Reset Password Here'.
If you make too many incorrect password attempts, you will be locked out of Social Rx. In this case, please contact your admin user(s) who will be able to unlock you from the Local Admin section under User Management.
