The final stage of setting up the SystmOne integration with Social Rx involves accepting a test message that is sent onto the gateway PC from Social Rx.
If you, or a colleague, have mistakenly rejected the test message, follow the steps below to remove the rejection.
Go into the Setup > Mobile Working & Integration > Device Manager:
Selecting Social Rx from the 'Blocked' list, then approve our device:
Once done, please inform your Account Manager who will then re-send the test.
