Bugs

 

  1. Fix – Book in referral – Search for existing was failing for some cases.  A fix has been applied.
  2. Fix – Activity Dashboard – Activity by link workers was showing the total activities by case and not the total activities. This has been fixed. 
  3. Fix – Service Booking Activity Dashboard – This was showing the count by case and not by the number of bookings. This has been fixed.
  4. Fix – Error adding scheduled tasks. Users were unable to add text with special characters. This would cause the update to not save.  There is now an error message produced to show the user that they need to remove the special characters. The characters that need to be removed are < and >.
  5. Fix – Adding a new service site to directory of service doesn’t appear. New services and sites will appear straight away now.
  6. Fix – Referrals report title – Title incorrectly stated Cases Reports. It has now been changed to be Referrals Report.
  7. Fix – directory of Services Search – When using the advanced search, the advanced area would minimise when you searched. It is now fixed so that it doesn’t minimise on search. 


Changes

  1. Change  - New Report – A new report detailing the Long Term Conditions has been added to the Cases report area.  This report details the long-term conditions for each case in the specified data range.
  2. Change – New Report – A new report detailing the Risk Factors has been added to the Cases report area.  This report details the risk factors (including any notes) for each case in the specified data range.
  3. Change – Report Change – The Full Case report now contains an additional column with all the Long Term Conditions in it and another with all of the Risk Factors.
  4. Change – Report Change – The Demographic report now contains all cases and not just those who have entered their demographics. This will allow users to see which cases do not have any demographics set.
  5. Change – Dashboard – The Service Booking Activity Dashboard now has a total box in the top left to allow users to see the total for their selection and filters.
  6. Change – Dashboard – The Patient Experience Dashboard now has an additional tab to show the breakdown by positive and negative responses.
  7. Change – Link Worker Drop Downs – The order of the link workers is now ordered by first name and not surname.
  8. Change – Follow Up Appointments – Users can now set a Follow Up appointment as DNA within the follow up section.  Marking a follow up as DNA also feeds through not the Scheduled Appointment area.
  9. Change – New User – Local Admins can now add a new user, Commissioner.  This user is set up in the same way as other users and can be given access to any part of the hierarchy to ensure they get appropriate access. The dashboards and reports they see are anonymous. 
  10. Change – Caseload Dashboard – A new column has been added to allow the users to see the next scheduled appointment.  This option can be switched off using the customer configuration setting - Show Next Scheduled Appointment on Caseload Dashboard.
  11. Change – Caseload Dashboard – Waiting List has been added to the default search status.
  12. Change – Edit Case Notes – Users can now edit case notes.  Users can edit the communication type, case note, time spent and the Is internal Only flag.   Customers can configure the ability to edit case notes to allow Link Workers to edit case notes.  This can be switched on or off using the customer configuration setting - Can Link Workers Edit Case Notes. 
  13. Change – Book In Referral Search – Users can now search by date of birth when searching for existing clients.
  14. Change – New Assessment – YP-CORE.  A new assessment Young Person’s CORE has been included in Social Rx.  This allows users to record the questions and answers. The results can be viewed per case or on the assessment reports.  This option is configured by the Social Rx admin team.
  15. Change – New Assessment Dashboard Tab – YP-CORE.   The results can be viewed in the new assessment dashboard tab for YP-CORE.  
  16. Change – External Referral Form – The minimum age for clients being submitted on the external form is now configurable. You can change the minimum age in your Local Admin – Customer Configuration Setting using the Minimum Age for External Referral Form setting. You can now also set the minimum age for users within Social Rx using the Minimum Age for Internal Referral Form setting.
  17. Change – External Referral Form – The NHS Number now has stronger validation to stop invalid NHS numbers being entered.  
  18. Change – External Referral Form – The Referral date can now no longer be set to a future date.
  19. Change – External Referral Form – Children and young person details can now be recorded.  The following fields are now available: School or college; Parent/Guardian Name; Parent/Guardian Address; Parent/Guardian Contact Details.  These fields are configurable so they can be switched on or off for this form.
  20. Change – GP Referral Form – Children and young person details can now be recorded.  The following fields are now available: School or college; Parent/Guardian Name; Parent/Guardian Address; Parent/Guardian Contact Details.  These fields are configurable so they can be switched on or off for this form. 
  21. Change – Coding Addition – There is now an additional SNOMED code (1362721000000106 - Social prescribing case closed code) that will be passed in the integration messages when a case is closed. 
  22. Change – Directory of Services – The tables used to display the full list of sites, services and categories have been upgraded to separate out each item to allow users to sort and filter.  A global search has been added to allow users to search any text on in the table of data.  A download option has been added to allow users to download all the services to excel.
  23. Change – Directory of Services – New area to Manage Tags is added. Users can now add tags and remove tags which can in turn be added to services and sites.
  24. Change – Directory of Services – Edit Organisation – The edit organisation has been changed to a guided form to allow users to manage the whole organisation (Site, Services and Tags) within a single page.   
  25. Change – Directory of Services – Manage Services now navigates to the services area of the service organisation management page.
  26. Change – Directory of Services – Manage Tags now navigates to the tags area of the service organisation management page.   This allows users to tag a site, so that it can be searched by tags.
  27. Change – Directory of Services – Add Organisation now allows users to set up organisations using the service management page. 
  28. Change – Directory of Services – Search Upgrade. It now allows a global text search. This searches any organisation, site, service or tag that contains the text.
  29. Change – Directory of Services – Search Upgrade. It now allows a tag search. The tag search returns any site or service which has the tag being searched for.
  30. Change – Directory of Services – Search Upgrade. The display table now contains the services available, and tags associated with the site in the table display.
