Social Rx Release Version 2.9 

This release includea fechanges, including changes to case notes editing, allowing users to now edit their case notes, new reports have been added including Long Term Conditions and Risk Factors, the Directory of Service has been enhanced and a new ‘Commissioner’ user type has been created. For further information on the other changes and information on the bug fixes in this release, please refer to the Release Notes. 


 

Editing Case Notes 

Case notes can now be edited by Link Workers. The communication type, the actual note, time spent in minutes and whether it is internal only are all available to change when required. Once a change has been saved, the user who made the change and thtime they made the change, will both be presented in the ‘Updated’ column.  This ensures that all relevant people are informed and updateregarding any modifications or alterations to case notes. This feature can be switched on or off in the Customer Configuration Settings.  



 

 

Directory of Services 

The layout of the services has been changed. The new format includes additional columns, services available organisations, tags, active statusblacklist status, review date. This allows for a cohesive display of organisation information for users. The search functionality has also been improved. The text that is entered will now be highlighted on the table. Users can also download their organisation table.  

 


 

 

The ‘Add Service Organisation’ function has been enhanced too. The layout has been changed so that the required information is broken down into sections, beginning with information surrounding the Organisation, its description and following onto the Site information, for example, its address. Once these first two sections are complete, users can begin adding additional information for the next sections – services and tags. Users can also edit their existing organisations with the same displayed layout. 

 

 


 

 

Long Term Conditions Report 

Users can now view the Long-Term Conditions of their clients in a tabular format. The information presented includes the Name, Case ID, GP Practice, Long-Term Condition. and Created Date (this refers to the date the referral was inputted to the system). This can be exported to PDF, Excel and Word. To view this go to Reports > Cases Reports > Cases by Long Term Conditions. This information is also presented in the Full Case Report table, as an additional column.

Risk Factors Report 

In the same area as the Long-Term Conditions report, Risk Factors are also presented in a tabular format. The information also includes the Name, Case ID, GP Practice, Risk Factors and Created Date (this refers to the date the referral was inputted to the system). This can also be exported to PDF, Excel and Word. To view this go to Reports > Cases Reports > Cases by Long Term Conditions. This information is also presented in the Full Case Report table, as an additional column.

Commissioner Role 

 

A new user type has been created called the Commissioner. This user has access to anonymous reports and dashboards and the help section. The set up for this user is the same as othersusers with this account type can also be managed in the User Management sections.
