Social Rx Release Version 2.10

This release includea number of small changes and bug fixes.  There have been changes to the referral forms, the caseload dashboard and reports and dashboards. Contact preferences can now be added to a case and the Equal Opportunities data can now be flagged when it is not completed .For further information on the other changes and information on the bug fixes in this release, please refer to the Release Notes. 


 

Referral Form Additions

The referral form now contains a field to capture the referrer organisation.  We have also added in the option for No Fixed Abode for addresses. Contact preferences can also now be recorded as shown below:

 


Caseload Dashboard

A number of new columns can now be added to your caseload dashboard.  The columns are all configurable so can be individually switched on or off.  The new columns are: Under 18; GP System Link and Equal Ops Entered.



Case View

In the case view, we have added the age to the date of birth, contact preferences (if selected) and added a warning for the equal opportunities data not being entered.  The equal opportunities  warning can be switched off in the configuration if you do not want to have a warning.  



Referral Details

The referral details now displays the referrer organisation, no fixed abode and contact preferences. 



New Report - Referral with Session Attendance 

A new report has been created to show the session attendance for each case. The report is in the Reports -> Referral Reports area.  This shows the appointment completed totals for each case per appointment type. 




GP Integration Messages

You can now configure the GP integration messages to send a message to the GP system when an appointment is booked.  The message we send is shown below:




We have also added the service into the service booking messages:


Referral Pathway Additions

For customers who use the referral pathway functionality, we have added some new features. You can now set the referral pathway on user setup registration.  The external form link can include a defaulted referral pathway. GP systems can now contain a triage question to guide the referral to the appropriate pathway on submission.
