  1. Fix – Dashboard – Activity By Link Worker – Add sub activity type to the table to stop it removing valid entries.
  2. Fix – GP Referral Form – Fix referral date validation.
  3. Fix – User Management – Allow multiple pathways to be added for a user.
  4. Fix – User Management – Display table of user organisations and pathway.
  5. Fix - Service Booking - Notes and scheduled date did not clear once submitted. Now they clear so that they don't get accidentally added to subsequent bookings.
